1. Services & Booking
  • All services are provided as outlined on our website, with fixed pricing for transparency.

  • A virtual consultation is required before scheduling an in-person or virtual organizing session.

  • Special requests may be submitted for review, but approval is not guaranteed.

2. Payments & Cancellations
  • Payment must be made in full before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations require a 48-hour notice to be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a non-refundable charge.

  • We do not offer refunds. We are happy to reschedule, as eligible, for 60 days beyond the original scheduled session date.
3. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must complete the intake form before the consultation.

  • Clients agree to provide a safe and accessible workspace.

  • If pets are present, they must be well-behaved and not interfere with the session.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • Personal information is handled securely and used solely for service purposes.

  • Photos may be taken for documentation or promotional use with client consent.

  • We do not share customer information with third parties without explicit approval.

5. Liability & Limitations
  • While we strive for excellent service, results may vary depending on customer participation and home conditions.

  • We are not liable for misplaced, damaged, or lost items during an organizing session.

  • We do not provide legal or financial advice related to decluttering or inventory management.

6. Modifications & Updates
  • Manageable Home reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
