Consultations & Intake Process
- Are consultations free? No, consultations are paid virtual sessions lasting 30 minutes. They are scheduled in advance and guided by the intake questionnaire completed by all new customers after contacting us.
- Do I have to complete the intake form? Yes, completing the intake form is required before moving forward with the virtual consultation. This consultation must occur before your first in-person or virtual session.
Special Requests & Customization
- Do you accept special requests? We do offer a submission form for special requests, which we review individually. Approval is NOT guaranteed, but we are happy to consider requests that align with our services.
Pets & Home Environment
- Do you work in homes with pets? Yes! We are pet-friendly and happy to work alongside well-behaved pets.
Sessions & Scheduling
- How many sessions do I need? The number of sessions depends on the scope of your project. Typically, new customers follow this process:
- Intake form
- Virtual consultation
- First in-person session
- Ongoing virtual sessions until the next in-person session is scheduled
This loop of virtual and in-person sessions often provides the steady progress customers seek.
- Can I book only virtual sessions? Absolutely! If ongoing virtual sessions best suit your needs, we are happy to support you in that way.
Decluttering & Organization Preferences
- I do not want to declutter before organizing—can I keep all my belongings? Everyone has a different threshold for household clutter. If you prefer to focus on organizing systems rather than decluttering, we will honor your preferences and support you in a way that aligns with your vision for your space.
